Is the treadmill powered by a battery or a wall plug?

It comes with a power supply. Please plug it into wall outlet to power the treadmill up.

Can this treadmill be used on carpeted floor? What is the mat for?

Usually the floor carpet is thick and plush, which will affect the heat dissipation of treadmill. In this case, you can put the mat in between treadmill and carpet floor for normal use.

I'm concerned about the slanted mark on the running belt. What is it?

This is normal, it's where the belt is joined together. All treadmills have something similar and it won't affect the normal use.

Can I buy the handrail separately?

I'm sorry the handrail can't be purchased separately, as it is not removable.

Is the remote controller included in the package?

Yes, it is. If it is lost or damaged later and you would like to buy a new one, please leave a message telling us which model of treadmill you want the remote controller to work for when ordering, then we will send the correct one to you.

Do I need to unscrew the handrail each time to fold it down?

Yes, you need to screw the handrail for use and unscrew it to fold down for storage.

Perfect ordering arrived before expected and delivery company were great. Machine is lightweight and it’s plug in and go. Wish you could buy the handle separately, I bought one without.

I ordered the wrong machine. I wanted to send it back and buy another one. The only way you can communicate with them is through email and can take 2 days to hear back from them, no number to call. I have to pay for the shipping aswell to send the machine back to buy another model.

Just ok, not blown away, i definitely wouldn't be trying to run on the walking pad because it is not wide enough. Ok to walk on. Nothing special

Excellent service and loving the treadmill been using it for a month, 2 hours a day, an hour first thing and an hour before bed. Easy to wheel to the hallway and stand against the wall for storage.
