Is the treadmill powered by a battery or a wall plug?

It comes with a power supply. Please plug it into wall outlet to power the treadmill up.

Can this treadmill be used on carpeted floor? What is the mat for?

Usually the floor carpet is thick and plush, which will affect the heat dissipation of treadmill. In this case, you can put the mat in between treadmill and carpet floor for normal use.

I'm concerned about the slanted mark on the running belt. What is it?

This is normal, it's where the belt is joined together. All treadmills have something similar and it won't affect the normal use.

Can I buy the handrail separately?

I'm sorry the handrail can't be purchased separately, as it is not removable.

Is the remote controller included in the package?

Yes, it is. If it is lost or damaged later and you would like to buy a new one, please leave a message telling us which model of treadmill you want the remote controller to work for when ordering, then we will send the correct one to you.

Do I need to unscrew the handrail each time to fold it down?

Yes, you need to screw the handrail for use and unscrew it to fold down for storage.

Review of treadmill

The treadmill I purchased works well and was delivered with excellent packaging to protect it. A little bit louder than expected. I didn't purchase the bar that goes with it but wish I had as I lose balance a bit… not the treadmills fault, but my own, and I think the bar would help to keep me central. Would like the lead to be longer. Fairly short and need to use an extension if I want to position it in front of my TV. Overall, gets the job done nicely.

After alot of searching reviews on different sites I decided to go with this one. I ordered a walking pad that I wanted to go bit faster than the rest. It goes 10kph and I can't keep up with it. It's a great wee machine, Already assembled so plug in and go. I love it. It helps me get even more steps on while I watch tv. I can get quite sweaty and didn't want to go to gym because of that and now I can exercise in my own home.
