The exercise bike was delivered promptly and in good condition. This bike is good value for the price, and is easy to use. Once assembled it is a wee bit heavy, but that’s what I expected anyway. It folds away neatly for storage.

I emailed the company regarding a missing wire, they have not replied or tried to replace the faulty part. The exercise bike is nice but there is no wire to plug in for pulse rate or heart rate.
